Where are you based?

Our HQ is in sunny South Florida, but our warehouses are located around the world.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouses, most of which are located in Asia. 80% of our shipments ship directly from Asia and 20% ship from USA based manufacturers. You can expect to receive separate packages depending on where that product was housed beforehand.

 

What sizes are available for your clothing?


We offer different sizes for different items. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we can send them to you! Please keep in mind most of our clothing production is based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US sizes!

 

I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Thus, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.



What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country if your order exceeds $1000.

 

When will my order ship?

In stock products usually –key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (M-F & does not include weekends or holidays)! We try very hard to ship products out ASAP but have a very high volume of orders, please have patience with us babes!

 

My order shipped, when will it get to my house!?

That depends where you are! We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping. Please allow anywhere between 7 business days to over a month from the time of purchase.

 

What is your Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in swimsuits collection due to hygiene reasons and all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for wrong sizes. Please check the size chart before placing your order. 

Returns are only accepted when the item is defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving item. If 48 hours have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. 

You must provide us an image of the defects of the item for a replacement. Once we've received your email, we'll review photos, if we confirm defect, we will send you a replacement.

Do NOT send item back to the sender addressed indicated on the package. Please email us for a returning address.

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.

 

It looks like you charged me twice for my order. Help!

If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t worry! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

 

Can I change my Address/Order? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We are proud to offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. If a plane, train, or car can get there, then our products can too! Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duties and fees.

 

Do we ship to APO addresses?

Yes! But please follow these rules or it might not make it!

  1.  Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
  2.  The city field will need to be one of the abbreviations set forth by the Military

APO: Army Post Office

FPO: Fleet Post Office

DPO: Diplomatic Post Office

  1.  The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:

AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)

AP: Armed Forces Pacific

AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)

  1.  Set the country as the United States, as these address are considered part of the U.S.
